the fashion label Stephan Boya has trusted kulturspace creative director Per Zennström with their visuals for well over 10 seasons, including both stills & film.

Stephan Boya is a luxury cashmere label with a deep commitment to create "a real luxury experience" for their clients. The challenge is to re-interpret their core message every season while still staying on-brand. 

Film.

The photographic language has to be 100% aligned with the label's ambitions and sophistication. For this particular film two oversized mirrors were placed at a specific angle to show the model from two new viewpoints.

Easy-breezy was the key word for this season's visuals. To connect with the look of "french tennis players in the 60s", the model wore a short wig while the set was filled with wind machines to create movement in the clothes.

Here the model had to walk on a treadmill at a fixed pace to later match the soundtrack and facilitate the editing process. To enhance the dynamic look, the camera, equipped with a wide angle lens, was deliberately placed very low, extending her legs.

Concept Development.

The visuals for each season are based on ideas developed on a moodboard in very close collaboration with the client.
