Service Agreement between kulturspace & Client for KSK Support Services *

This Service Agreement ("Agreement") is made between kulturspace ("Service Provider") and the undersigned ("Client"), collectively referred to as the "Parties." 1. Service Packages: 1.1 Basic Support (€160): Includes a 90 minutes consultation covering: eligibility determination document coordination KSK application form assistance a final case review during the session. an initial review of your current health insurance situation & information about options 1.2 Full Support (€280): Includes a 90 minutes consultation covering: eligibility determination document coordination KSK application form assistance final application review after the call (to be sent as one PDF within 14 days post-appointment, with reviews past this deadline billed at an extra €25), an initial review of your current health insurance situation & information about options The Client agrees to start the application process within 4 weeks of the consultation; failure to do so will incur a €50 fee for extending the application process. 1.3 Phone Consultation: 30 minutes (€60) or 1 hour (€100), billed separately and not applicable to other packages. 2. Additional Services: Any services, calls, emails, or other communications involving KSK not specified in the package descriptions will be charged additionally at €60 for 30 minutes or €100 for 60 minutes. 3. Appointment: Services are provided via video conference or phone as per the Client's selection. 4. Payment: Payment is due prior to the appointment via bank transfer upon receipt of invoice. Late payments incur German and EU late fees of 8.12% and a €40 recovery fee. 5. Cancellation Policy: All sales are final. Rescheduling requires a 24-hour notice. Failure to reschedule or a no-show incurs a €55 fee. 6. Recording Prohibition: Telephone, in-person, or video communications shall not be recorded without express written consent from kulturspace. 7. Contract Cancellation: This Agreement can be terminated by either party at any time, with the Client responsible for payment for services received up to the date of cancellation. If payment was made in full, a pro-rata refund will be issued. 8. Confidentiality: Client agrees to keep all provided materials confidential and not to share them with any third party without prior written permission from Service Provider. 9. Liability and Indemnity: The maximum liability of the Service Provider for services under this Agreement shall be limited to the fee paid. The Client will indemnify the Service Provider against third-party claims related to these services, except in cases of intentional misconduct by the Service Provider. 10.
